Festive Opening Hours

Our office will close at 12:30 PM on Christmas Eve (24 December 2025) and will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026 at 9:00 AM.

 Emergency Repairs
If you need to report an emergency repair while we’re closed, please call 0330 303 0089.   Your call will be forwarded to Bield Out of Hours.

 Gas Emergencies
If you smell gas or suspect a leak, contact the National Gas Emergency number immediately on 0800 111 999.
