Awaab's Law: Keeping Homes Safe

Awaab's Law is being introduced in Scotland from 6 October 2026 to help ensure everyone has a safe, healthy home. The new legislation strengthens tenants' rights by requiring landlords to investigate and address reports of damp and mould within set timescales.

If you notice damp or mould in your home, please contact us as soon as possible. We're here to help and will work with you to resolve the issue.
