Our strategy
Our strategic objectives focus on the outcomes we want to achieve.
We have six strategic objectives:
- Provide quality homes and services at the right price for tenants.
- Help deliver more accessible homes across Scotland.
- Work with Link Group Partners to achieve Horizon’s vision.
- Develop and support initiatives which keep and enable older and disabled people to live in their community, tackling inequalities.
- Ensure the business and services are sustainable, efficient and deliver social value.
- Work to address the climate emergency.
Our objectives reflect the objectives of the wider Link group as well as the Scottish Government’s national outcome statements, including those for health and wellbeing.
