General information for Horizon tenants during the coronavirus outbreak

Is Horizon having a rent freeze like some mortgage companies?
I have heard my local council is giving rent free weeks, why isn’t Horizon doing this?
I’ve not lost my job, but my hours have been cut and I am concerned about the time it will take to get any UC and my arrears will increase.
My neighbour is behaving anti-socially, why is Horizon not dealing with this in line with their procedures?
My neighbour had a party/friends over last night, surely that’s not in line with government social distancing rules, what is Horizon going to do about this?
Will I still be able to get repairs carried out?
Can Horizon carry out repairs if I am self-isolating or someone in my home has the virus?
My gas is due to be serviced, but surely Horizon shouldn’t be coming in my house?
My bins are overflowing, and the council has suspended some collections, what will Horizon do about it?
I am in the process of terminating my tenancy, where do I return the keys to?
I am due to move out, but I cannot take my rubbish to the tip or clear out items of furniture I don’t want to take with me. I know I will be recharged for anything I leave that needs to be uplifted. What do I do?
