The Association's Development in Airdrie, Henderson Street, was built in 1994, and comprises of 20 housing units, which are made up of 6 x 2apts, 10 x 3apts, 4x 4apts.

The Association's Development in Ardrossan, School Place, was built in 1996, and comprises of 25 housing units, which are made up of 6 x 2apts, 12x 3 apts, 5 x 4apts & 2 x 5apts.

The Association's Development in Blackburn, Rowan Drive & Elmgrove, was built in 1992, and comprises of 24 housing units, which are made up of 8 x 2apts, 4 x 3apts & 12 x 4apts.

The Association's Development in Blantyre, Calder Street, Valerio Court, Glasgow Road, was built in 1995, and comprises of 28 housing units, which are made up of 6 x 2apts,8 x 3apts & 14x 4apts. A more recent developement at Blantyre was Winton Crescent & Tennyson Gardens which was built in 2003 and comprises 23 units which consist of 12 x 2apts, 7 x 3apts, 5 x 4apts & 1 x 5apt.

The Association's Development in Coatbridge, John Smith Gardens, was built in 1994, and comprises of 29 housing units, which are made up of 12 x 2apts, 13 x 3apts, 4 x 4apts.

The Association's Development in Cowdenbeath, School Street, was built in 1995, and comprises of 15 housing units, which are made up of 6 x 2apts, 6 x 3apts & 3 x 4apts.

The Association's Development in Denny, McTaggart Avenue, was built in 1998, and comprises of 21 housing units, which are made up of 13 x 2apts, 5 x 3apts & 3 x 4apts.

The Association's Developments in Dunfermline, Golfdrum Street, built in 1997, and comprises of 13 housing units comprising 7 x 2apts, 5 x 3apts & 1 x 4apt, and Inglis Lane built 2002 and comprises 21 units which are made up of 10 x 2apts, 10 x 3apt & 1 x 4apt.

The Association's Development in Erskine, Mainshill Avenue & Gardens, was built in 1993, and comprises of 23 housing units, which are made up of 14 x 3apts, 9 x 4apts.

Our second development in Erskine, Rashielee Drive, was completed in 2007 and comprises of 22 units which are made up of 6 x 2 apts, 10 x 3 apts & 6 x 4 apts.

The Association's Development in Falkirk, Castings Avenue, Williamson Place & Mandela Avenue, was built in 1993, and comprises of 31 housing units, which are made up of 4 x 2apts, 12 x 3apts & 15 x 4apts.
